Job Training Centre

The Centre caters specially for young adults with special needs and some of them are graduates of our Day Training Centre.   At the Centre, they are taught work ethics and trained for jobs like packing, inserting leaflets, basic sewing and cooking.

To provide income-generating opportunities for them, we would source for small contract jobs like office cleaning, leaflet distribution and packing.  We would also guide them to make things like candies, sambal  and rugs and then help them to sell their output through different channels.

The Centre currently has eight clients who work four days a week.  We are very encouraged with the progress made by some of them who could even work under stress with deadlines to meet.  Some are now able to work directly for customers who have no knowledge of dealing with people of special needs.
